Parcel to be opened in front of the Delivery Partner before sharing the OTP for product reassurance. If the Delivery Partner Refuses - Return the parcel and Do Not share the OTP. Refuse the delivery and Raise a Complaint for a Refund or Return.
Parcel received on behalf of the customer requires a product Opening Video for a Return or Refund for a Defective/Wrong product.
