Cash On Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions:

The following are the terms & conditions regarding COD which is not limited to but can be enhanced as per the situation.

• Can I pay via COD?

Yes, COD option is available but for non-customised products only. However, COD charge is extra.

For cleats (boots), only partial COD is available.

• What is COD charge?

COD charge is extra that you need to pay online while placing your order. The COD charge depends on order amount and delivery pin code. Please share your delivery pin code in WhatsApp to know the COD charge for a particular product.

Please note COD charge is not delivery fee. Delivery is free all over India. COD charge is what courier company charges for providing COD facility.

However, in case of cleats, only partial COD is available. One needs to pay 20% of product price as advance along with COD charge to confirm your order.

In case of pre-order of any other product, same partial COD rules are applicable.

• What is Pre-Order?

Pre-order is when we import the product after order placement. Generally, it takes around 5-6 weeks to deliver.

• How do COD charge is collected?

Once you place your order in the website selecting COD/Pay on Delivery, we will calculate the COD charge for your order and contact you over WhatsApp for payment of COD charge. We will share the online link and once you make the payment, only then your order will be confirmed and processed.

Please note that COD is not available for customized products like jerseys with name and number print etc. Only partial COD is available for cleats.
